Flash your Samsung Galaxy with Galaxo.
Step by step install on Windows.
It tooks me about ½ hour.
Note: I was using official I7500XXII5 Cupcake before flashing. I don't know if it have any importance…
Before starting, you should:
use an app like MyBackup to backup SMS and call log (optional).
remove external SD Card.
make sure that your Galaxy's battery is full.
Install the latest Samsung New PC Studio. This only for drivers.

Install drivers from mobilesmods : Mobilesmods Galaxy USB driver.
On your Galaxy, go to Parameters, Applications, Development.
Activate USB Debug mode.
Plug-in your Galaxy to your PC using USB.
Windows is looking for ADB driver.
Select androidusb.sys file in x86 folder from Mobilesmods Galaxy USB driver drivers when asked (or go to Device Manager).
Unplug your phone.
Install Android SDK, 1.6 minimum. http://developer.android.com/intl/fr/sdk/index.html

Download Galaxo 1.6.3.3, Recovery 4.6.3 and official Samsung Galaxy Donut update.

Rename Galaxo_V1.6.3.3.zip to update.zip
Extract I7500XEJC6.zip and rename I7500XEJC6.tar to SAMSUNG.tar
As some flashers experienced issues with I7500XEJC6.zip when restoring G.Apps. I have updated it with a fixed version. Now just extract I7500XEJC6.zip to obtain SAMSUNG.tar.
Extract RECOVERY_4.6.3.zip and put recovery.img in the tools/ directory of the SDK.
Activate Debug Mode of your Galaxy in Parameters, Applications, Development.
Plug in your Galaxy with USB.
Mount your internal SD card.
Put update.zip, RECTOOLS.tar.gz (from RECOVERY_4.6.3.zip) and SAMSUNG.tar in your SD Card.
Open a DOS command prompt on your PC: Start, Execute, cmd and OK.
Go to tools/ directory of the SDK using command line cd C:\android-sdk-windows\tools on my PC.
Install the recovery:
In the DOS command prompt, type: fastboot flash recovery recovery.img Do not hit Enter key yet!
start the Galaxy in fastboot: Call+Power and quickly hit Enter in the command prompt
Galaxy says "OKAY!"
Otherwise redo step.
Shut down the phone.
Boot the Galaxy in recovery mode: Volume down+Call+Power
Backup your configuration using Nandroid Backup in the menu.
Wipe data on the phone. Note that it will erase all data.
Apply SDcard: update.zip
Without reboot the phone, restore G.Apps
Restart your Galaxy
Enjoy Galaxo!
